Surround Sound takes off
Need to mix a show in 5.1 Surround? No problem. With the addition of Genelec surround speakers and subwoofer, mixing in surround has never been easier. In the suite, we can digitize your high quality video (serial digital video from DigiBeta), mix in Surround, and burn a DVD with AC3 audio to take and show your clients. Playback of DVDs in 5.1 through the same Genelec monitor system for comparison is also available in the audio suite.
Avatar’s recently refurbished conference room is also setup with 5.1 Surround playback, along with a new large screen high definition plasma monitor.
